Refund and returns accepted within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your digital download item must not have been downloaded or received in any other format.
Once a digital download product has been downloaded, it is not eligible for refund/return. Non-returnable items:
To request a refund, send an email to Emily@culturecrafted.org, provide your date of purchase, name of product purchased, and reason for refund. If your request for refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, based on the policies issued by the payment provider.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
