Yes. When self-administered as designed, the assessment supports anonymous employee participation.

The toolkit includes guidance on avoiding the collection of identifying information and on reporting results at the group or organizational level, rather than by individual.

  1. Does Culture Crafted Consulting see our survey responses or results?

No.

For self-administered products, Culture Crafted Consulting does not receive, store, or review individual survey responses or raw data. All data collection, storage, and analysis remain entirely within the purchasing organization unless a separate consulting agreement is established.

You may use your organization’s existing internal tools, such as:

  • An internal survey platform
  • A secure online form
  • A paper-based method, if appropriate

The toolkit provides the survey questions and administration guidance, but organizations choose the delivery method that best fits their environment.

The organization should designate one internal administrator, such as an HR professional, executive leader, or project lead, to oversee the process.

The administrator is responsible for distribution, response collection, confidentiality protections, and results compilation.

  1. Is this assessment appropriate for evaluating individual employees?

No.

This assessment is designed to evaluate organizational culture, systems, and patterns, not individual performance. It should not be used for disciplinary action, performance evaluation, or personnel decisions.

  1. Is consulting support required to use this toolkit?

No.

The toolkit is intentionally designed for independent use. Organizations may choose to engage Culture Crafted Consulting for interpretation support or facilitation, but consulting services are optional and not required.

  1. Can we share or reuse this toolkit across multiple organizations?

No.

This product is licensed for use within a single organization under a one-organization license. Redistribution, resale, or use across multiple organizations is not permitted without written authorization.
